BEDROOMS
3 individual bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms can accommodate a total of 6 guests. All beds are sterns and foster pillowtop mattresses , luxury bamboo bed linens, and egyptian cotten luxury bath linens.

KITCHEN
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need and more:
microwave, gas range, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, regular coffee maker, milk frother/steamer toaster, air fryer, rice cooker, crock pot, roaster, blender, egg cooker, pots pans, seasonings, utensils …. All the kitchen essentials. We also provide paper towels and napkins. The only thing that is not in the kitchen is an oven.
**they do not sell k-cups on the island; you will need to bring those with you if you want to use the Keurig**
SALT WATER POOL / POOL DECK
Stunning salt water heated infinity pool with luxury patio furniture , made by Ledge Lounger. All to fully enjoy the beautiful days that Roatan has to offer. We do get the occasional rain overnight that can lower the temperature of the pool - so we went ahead and added a pool heater so you'll never a single day to enjoy!
A portable outdoor TV, in a cabinet on wheels, is also provided so you can enjoy your favorite shows outdoors. We do have the full NFL package so go ahead and stream the game while enjoying the day!

OUTDOOR KITCHEN
Come on ... the weather in Roatan is outstanding so who wants to stay in and cook in the regular kitchen! Our outdoor kitchen provides a 6 burner gas grill, Solo Pizza oven, sink and all the grill cooking utensils.
BACKYARD PATIO
In addition to our amazing pool deck, we have an back yard patio with fire pit and water feature. Enjoy some evenings with some smores or just relaxing with friends.

Brandon and I started out to find our dream vaction property by traveling around the world to find the perfect place while our son was still in school. Every school break including Holiday's we traveled somewhere different, that would have direct flights from Minneapolis airport. We had such an amazing time with great memories on all those trips!!!! Once our son graduated high school, it was time to finalize our decision for our first home purchase out of the country and Roatan, Honduras was the perfect fit for us.
WHY DO WE OFFER RENTAL ON OUR HOME?????
In the beginning we decided not to rent out our home with something like the traditional rentals. We did however, allow family, friends, and clients to rent. Once we started letting others use the property and enjoying, we couldn't resist letting others enjoy the little piece of heaven we had created. We hope that anyone staying here enjoys it just as much as we do and cherishes the memories created.
